After much deliberation, I have decided to take what I have, and take it online! Originally I planned on having the webpage done entirely in the ASP.NET framework, but I learned a bit too late that my web server doesn't support that language. :( Back to square one then.
I do wish to point out that in Internet Explorer, the tabs at the top of the page are square, but in most browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc) the top 2 corners are round.

For some odd reason, I can't find a use for #48A6E9. Maybe I can use it for generic link color? Currently have it as the "Copyright" box background color.
